Steel group: Martensitic steels
Properties: Ferromagnetic hardenable martensitic steel with good resistance to corrosion in medium corrosive environments. Good resistance to oxidation up to around 650 °C. Can be welded without difficulty but requires preheating to 200- 300 °C and annealing after welding at 650-750 °C. It is used to fabricate parts for hydro-electric power plants, oil industry installations and general mechanical applications.
Applications: No data
Reference: Not shown in this demo version.
