Properties: Tool steel with highest toughness, that can be used for both cold and hot work, with good polishability and good photoetchability.
Applications: LO-K 2767 is the standard grade for shear blades to cut big sheet thicknesses or for shearing and bending a wide range of material thicknesses, e.g. scrap shear blades. Other applications are in the field of highly polished plastic molds, embossing tools, cutlery punches, bending tools, reinforcing rings and as hot pressing tools with complex engravings for light and heavy metal processing.

Hardening: 840 – 870 °C, air /oil /gas-stream.
Tempering: 220 – 240 °C.
