Steel group: PM tool steels
Properties: Powder metallurgically produced steel with highest abrasive resistance and performance of the cutting edges. Good tempering resistance and highest dimensional stability upon heat treatment. LO-QPM A11 can be well PVD and CVD coated.
Applications: Is used for fine blanking and stamping tools, industrial knives for the paper- and plastic processing industry and for cold extrusion tools.

Heat Treatment
Hardening: 950 - 1180 °C, depending on the selected hardening temperature.
Tempering: 560 °C, cooling down to room temperature.
