As well as this the steel is used in the field of typical Cold-Work-Steels for e.g. cold forming dies, cold extrusion rams, stamping and fine blanking tools.

Heat Treatment
Hardening: 1190 – 1230 °C, oil /gas-stream /salt bath (550 °C).
