Note: Time Temperature Hardness (TTH) diagram of alloy 945X. To generate the time-temperature-transformation diagram of Incoloy alloy 945X, alloy specimens were solution heat treated for 1 hour at 1040 C (above ä solvus temperature) and water quenched for full dissolution of precipitate phases. After solution heat-treating the alloy samples, the test specimens were subjected to isothermal treatment in the temperature range of 650 C to 900 C at 50oC intervals, for 10 minutes to 120 hours and water quenched to hold the constituents and precipitation phases in solution.
