MeX is a software package to extract 3D information from stereoscopic SEM images. MeX offers various analysis tools like 3D PROFILE extraction, ROUGHNESS measurements, FRACTAL DIMENSION, VOLUME measurement. MeX can also be used to analyse data coming from an AFM or SPM device.
