Applied Physics Technologies specializes in thermionic and field emission cathodes, refractory materials and custom device systems. APTech has facilities for growing single crystals of refractory metals, LaB6/CeBix and transition metal carbides, as well as mounting and etching methods for cathode manufacturing.
