INTERHERENCE is a spin-off from the Max-Planck Institute for the Science of Light in Erlangen making high sensitivity microscopy available for everyone. Interherence was founded in 2019 emerging the Nano-Optics division at the Max-Planck Institute for the Science of Light. We employ modern nanofabrication and thin film technologies which we combine with high-end optical microscopy. This allows us to build systems ensuring well-controlled and reliable measurement conditions for biophysical optical studies. Our first product VAHEAT was launched in March 2020 as an add-on to conventional microscopes enabling for the first time precise temperature control right in the field-of-view over an extended temperature range. Our goal is to bring reproducibility into microscopy and to allow everyone to perform high-sensitivity optical measurements even of complex systems.
Microscope peripherals for brightfield and fluorescence mulitspectral and for quantitative polarization imaging. Micro*Color adds true color to monochrome CCD cameras. CRI's microscope-based products are used in a wide variety of applications including in-vitro fertilization (ICSI), live cell imaging, cloning, industrial metrology, digital imaging, cell research and neurobiology.
