XOS designs and fabricates both standard and custom polycapillary optics for x-ray applications. Focusing and collimating configurations are available for energy ranges from 200 eV - 30 keV. The optics collect x-rays over a large solid angle and guide the beam through multiple reflections in hollow glass capillaries to produce intense parallel beams or focused spots.
