Etchant (Electrolyte) Composition: Solution a: 10 g CuSO4 x 5H2O, 40 ml distilled water. Solution b: 20 ml NH4OH.
Procedure (Condition): Mix solution a, filter solution, add solution b. Immerse sample 30-50 s.
Note: For Mo and some alloys. Reveals grain structure. Millner and Sass.
