Etchant (Electrolyte) Composition: 2 ml H2SO4 100 ml DI water.
Procedure (Condition): Electrolytic at 3-10 V for 5 to 15 s. Use platinum wires. H2SO4 may be increased to 20 ml for deeper attack.
