Procedure (Condition): Electrolytic thinning by window technique, PD: 5-9 V, CD: 0.05 A/cm2, temperature: - 30 C.
Note: Cool electrolyte to give correct CD withdraw specimen through layer of liquid N2. Wash in cold MeOH.
