Etchant (Electrolyte) Composition: 300 ml distilled water, 700 ml phosphoric acid.
Procedure (Condition): 5-15 min, 1.5-2 V dc, Cu cathode. After polishing, rinse in a 20% acueous solution of phosphoric acid.
Note: For all types of Cu and Cu Alloys, with exception of Sn bronzes.
