Etchant (Electrolyte) Composition: 150 ml H3PO4, 75 ml propionic acid, 30 ml H2SO4, 30 ml distilled water.
Procedure (Condition): Voltage dc: 5-10 V, temperature: 20-25 C, time: 5 min.
Note: Use Copper cathode. Anode gently agitated. Good for tin bronzes and beryllium bronzes.
