Table 1 is a summary of the methods of extracting precipitates : chemical dissolution and
electrolysis. The current standard method is the extraction in a potentiostatically controlled nonaqueous
electrolyte solution. Oxides and aluminum nitride are extracted by the iodine methyl-alcohol method.
